Your use of anonymous messaging, Email OTP login, user wallet, wallet recharge, paid messaging, premium features, advertisements, user profiles, blocking users, and reporting users is at your own risk.

2. Definitions

• Anonymous Messaging: Pseudonymous communication without phone number, authenticated via Email OTP.
• User Wallet: Internal ledger for recharge, tips, paid messages.
• Advertisements: Internal text-based promos marked Sponsored.
• Content Moderation: Review of reported content per Content Policy.

3. No Professional Advice

Content shared by users does not constitute professional advice:

4. User Content & Moderation

Funtoosh does not pre-moderate private end-to-end encrypted conversations. We act on reports via Safety Policy, Content Policy, and Trust & Safety commitments. We do not endorse views expressed by users. Private messages are between participants; we are not a party to them. Content moderation applies to reported public profiles, discovery, and advertisements.

5. Anonymity & Privacy Limits

While we design for anonymity with end-to-end encryption, zero logs, and privacy protection, we cannot guarantee 100% anonymity against advanced adversaries, device compromise, or user disclosure. For high-risk situations, use additional privacy tools, do not share identifiable information, keep device OS updated, use disappearing messages with shortest timer, and follow guidance at /security and /privacy. Anonymous messaging still requires responsible use per User Conduct Policy.

Funtoosh may contain links to external sites such as help center, safety resources, and transparency reports. We are not responsible for content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Click at your own discretion and review their policies.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during security updates, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention maintenance. Features like wallet recharge, paid messaging, premium features, and advertisements are under active development and may change, be paused, or improved. Future-ready wording allows adding group chats, calls, and non-custodial wallet without rewriting core disclaimer.

8. Financial Disclaimer

Wallet features involve financial transactions. Tipping and paid messaging are voluntary and non-refundable per Refund Policy. Creator earnings are not guaranteed and depend on audience, engagement, and platform policies. Crypto features, if introduced, involve volatility risk. Funtoosh is not a bank, broker, payment aggregator, or financial advisor. Payment Terms at /payment-terms govern wallet use.

9. User Responsibilities

• Use discretion when sharing information, even anonymously, and utilize blocking users and reporting users features for safety.
• Keep Email OTP secure, do not share account access, and follow Account Suspension & Termination Policy to avoid suspension.
• Understand that advertisements are internal and marked Sponsored, not third-party tracking.

10. Platform Responsibilities

• Provide anonymous messaging, Email OTP login, wallet, privacy protection, security monitoring, content moderation for reported content, and transparent policies.
• Maintain Trust & Safety, Transparency Page, and Security Page with accurate information, without claiming certifications that do not exist.
• Respond to legal requests and user reports per Grievance Redressal Policy and Transparency commitments.
